It was a long time since i posted my last image. So i decide to show you a new one. I shot this image a few weeks ago in Hinterstoder (Upper-Austria) on the mountain “Höss”. It shows some sun sparks on the water surface of an artificial lake (used for artificial snow). I hope you enjoy it. I’ll post some other pictures from this lake soon.

I love waterfalls. This one is also in Tirol at the Pillerseetal, I hope you like it too.

Last week I tested my new polarizer but it was too cloudy. So I played with the water in my neighborhood.

On my way downstream the Danube this shot was taken. The clouds dimmed the light accordingly; electronic picture processing has not been done here.

The end of a day is coming close to Linz - the Danube twitches a last time before falling into the dark.

It is a natural vent surge tank for water. And if you have to fight for survival - with patience - I’m sure you can satisfy your thirst.

The day draws to a close and although the water is on the move the picture has something of quiet and peace.

Two weeks ago I visited the Mendlingtal. It is a really beautiful gorge. In the middle of it you cann find this artificial waterfall. I thought this is a nice theme for a long-term shot.

This is an image I took last weekend. I was inspired by the photos from daily dose of imagenary. But I didn’t want to copy the style so I tried somthing else and brought the “tank” also into the image. And to pep the image up a little bit, I desaturized parts of the photo.
